Sleeping problem
Since my baby turned 4 months and her sleeping behaviour at night has changed. She keeps waking up every 30 minutes extremely fussy and keeps crying and there is nothing to do to calm her down. We excluded teething, hunger, diaper rash or change, colics, also sleeping regression as it has been like this for quite some time now (2 weeks). Note that we co sleep and ever since this started i hold her all night to make her feel safe

The commonest cause of crying in babies at this age, specially at night is colic. Just give regular breastfeeding and burp her well after every feed for 10 mins. Do NOT feed the baby irregularly, specially when she's crying, unless atleast 3 hours have passed since the last feed. Also, use loose, comfortable clothes and keep room quiet and comfortable temperature.
