Sleeping problem
My sleeping time is not compliting. I sleep around 11pm , but in the morning around 4 am my sleep break due to sudern sexual intrusive thought, I cannot distract my mind from those thought that's why I am unable to complete my sleep. Pls suggest me what should I do.
