I am 25 year old , when I going to sleep at night ...if someone make noise or traffic noise (Delhi metro) and someone start light or inside room if light is on ( even small bulb) , I am not able to sleep and I am little dispersed... So what is the problem ..I am facing this problem since 6-7 years..i am student....

Hello,this is quite common problem seen in most of people. One must go into deep sleep. avoid naps, especially in the afternoon. Exercise daily. Vigorous exercise is best, but even light exercise is better than no activity. Make sure your mattress is comfortable and supportive. Your room should not have bed bugs ,musquito etc...Do breathing exercise while going to bed. You must sleep atleast for 7hours.
