Stop cow milk immediately. Breast feed baby every 2 hourly for 15 to 20 min and proper burping. If reqd( if mother feed is insufficient) give pro nan 1 ( 1 scoop+ 30 ml lukeworm water) . Finish within 20 min .. with cup and spoon.

Keep diaper minimum. Keep dry. Keep warm. Swaddle (wrap) the baby properly. If affordable use formula feed otherwise Don't worry for cows milk. Of its not tolerated change to formula. Swinging, rocking the baby makes them calm and help sleep better. If possible u can continue. Check stool for blood and pus cells to rule out infection.
newborn babies are very responsive to slightest of noises. If the baby is not having sound sleep, it means there is some problem in feeding. cow's milk is to be avoided before 1 year of age. Counselling needs to be done for correct feeding techniques n methods.
Stop cow milk, Exclusively breastfeed ur baby, take lactare capsules if milk production is less, feed one side at a time for minimim10-15 minutes, can express ur milk n feed the baby if required instead of cow's milk, burp properly after each feed.....follow the above n consult me later on
