Sleeping problem
Hi, Why is it so difficult for me to have a regular sleep at night. Either I cannot sleep at all at night. And by chance if I fall asleep by 10 pm, then I wake up within 3-4 hours..and then cannot sleep for next 12-14 hours. Its impossible for me to take a regular sleep without any disturbance at night.

Hey..I would like to know how is your routine? Are you working from home and that too for unspecified long hours? Do you take frequent breaks in between? What all you do in those breaks? Do you dwell into social media all the time to keep yourself updated? If your answers are mostly Yes then you might be suffering from Revenge Bedtime Procrastination. Talk to a Counseling Psychologist,it will give provide you with guidance and supervision as how to overcome this and lead a happy and healthy life.Till then Take Care.
