Sleeping Problem
For last couple of weeks not able to sleep in night. But when I sleep, I oversleep for almost 10 to 12 hours. It makes me too tired and lazy. Plz suggest fast and effective way to get things right.

Hello there Sleeping for 7 to 8 hours is good for a person. Over sleeping & unrefreshing sleep indicates some problem. Eat nutritious food Do regular exercise. Even brisk walking helps. Avoid heavy food before going to bed. Consult a doctor if you don't feel better
