SLEEPING PILLS
Is it advisable to keep sleeping pills if you have issues sleeping on regular basis? Or is it prescribed for medical conditions which involves doctor conducting his tests and concluding that the patient needs sleeping pills? What kind of a doctor should we refer to?

hello there. sleeping pills should never be taken without consulting a doctor. and chances are, you will not get it without a prescription. consult a psychiatrist. regards
