Sleeping less.. And cope
How can I manage sleep , my end term exams get scheduled in a week , like Thursday fri sat, a holiday then Monday Tuesday Wednesday,Thursday, At times I have to sleep for a hour only...how can I manage sleep... If in one exams I sleep pepperly like 7 hours not continuous wold it be fine or do I have to give a sum of sleep mode missed

Hi, sleep atleast 4-6 hrs per day during exam time. Otherwise will become blank during writing of exams. Try to wake up at one time regularly and sleep when you feel sleepy. Don't try to sleep when you are not getting sleep. Take healthy vegetarian diet during exams avoid spicy items. Don't take any coffee, tea before going to sleep. Make a proper plan according to your convenience.
