Sleeping issues

Hi i am a bachelor staying with friends, So as usual they're roaming around while i sleep, making some sounds/disturbence ... I am very lite sleeper, i will get up even with a small sound, So how to crack this kind of situation. .. Please suggest some... Thanks for your time! Harsha

Thanks For expecting Healthier fitness solutions with Ayurved, great ur alert all the way but if its torturing, it shares the vata domination in u, till u consult AYURVEDIC Dr have Shrikand /dates/water cashew nuts/with ghee in morning, before bed 10ml of Almond oil with milk, apply coconut oil mixed with camper on palm n feet n umbilical area then sleep 8,16,32 breaths on supine,Right latteral, then Left Latteral position respectively, hope this will work for u happy studies n life too

Hi if you have any disturbance one way is to ask your friends to not make noise. Also I suggest to practice to sleep in the presence of noise. I usually do not suggest any medication for this.
