If you're experiencing difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep, it's possible that the effectiveness of your medication may have changed or that there could be other underlying factors contributing to your sleep issues. Here are a few suggestions you could consider: Speak with your doctor: Since you were prescribed Zolfresh before and it helped initially, it may be worth discussing your current sleep problems with your doctor. They can evaluate your situation and provide appropriate recommendations or adjustments to your treatment plan. Sleep hygiene: Establishing a consistent sleep routine and practicing good sleep hygiene can be helpful. This includes maintaining a regular sleep schedule, creating a calm and comfortable sleep environment, avoiding stimulating activities before bedtime, and limiting caffeine and alcohol intake, especially close to bedtime. Stress management: High levels of stress or anxiety can interfere with sleep. Consider incorporating relaxation techniques into your routine, such as deep breathing exercises, meditation, or gentle stretching. Engaging in activities that help you unwind and relax before bed can also be beneficial. Avoid electronic devices: The blue light emitted by electronic devices can disrupt sleep patterns. Try to avoid using screens like smartphones, tablets, or computers for at least an hour before bedtime. Physical activity: Engaging in regular physical activity during the day can promote better sleep at night. However, it's important to avoid intense exercise close to bedtime, as it can increase alertness and make it harder to fall asleep.
