Sleeping Habits
Hi , I usually get sleep by around 11:30 PM and sleep for around 7 hours . It may be normal sleeping hours . But I want to sleep late night and avoid sleeping early for few months at least . It is for my office work wherein I have to work in night shifts for some time . I am adjusted to my body clock as sleeping at 11:30 PM and waking up at around 7 AM ,I am following this almost since 30 years . So it is hard for me to be awake after 11:30 PM . Are there any kind of tablets without any side affects which can keep me awake for at least 2 hours ?

I suggest that you try remaining awake by having a Cup of coffee instead of a nedicine as the medicine may have side effects. Also self-affirmation will help you to stretch your activeness. If nothing helps then repsect your body clock and wake up a little early to finish your work
