My friend has been having sleeping problem..He keeps getting up at intervals nearly 3-4times and sometimes more than 7-8times also and this happens every night and its been more than 2-3months now.This has now lead to irritation and headaches also in the morning..What should be the steps taken now to improve the sleeping quality and prevent this disorder?

Hello there. First of all he should start practising yoga, meditation and pranayama everyday. Consult a psychiatrist for further help. He needs counselling. Regards
