Sleep wake cycle
How to reset my sleep wake cycle ? My sleeping routine got disturbed last month. Now I stay awake for the whole night and sleep during daytime. No matter how much and what I try, I can't sleep at night. Is there any medicine or something to fix this ??

Stop sleeping in the day and with time sleep cycle will become better. Yes, there are medicines but for that you will have to consult a Psychiatrist.
