Sleep talking and sometimes sleepwalking
I sometimes wake up at night and start talking in a different language which no one knows sometimes I even sleepwalk I don't do any significant physical acitivoty in the day except for half an hour of morning walk I play video game daily for 1 hr can it be due to this ?

Yes, it can be . Device time should not exceed 2-3 hours per day. And definitely no device 2 hrs prior to bedtime. Instead try reading or listening to light relaxing music at bedtime.
