Sleep problem
Some days I can sleep just fine but somedays like 1-3 days in a month I had difficulty falling asleep. I go to bed at around 11 and can't sleep until 2:30 or even late. I'm 26 don't know what to do.

I understand ur difficulties. Treating insomnia or sleep disturbances with just sleeping pills will not help u. The cause of the insomnia needs to be determined. Usually depression and anxiety r the causes of insomnia at ur age. V would need to know few more details like ur mood, sleep, hunger, energy levels, shift timings, interest etc to give appropriate suggestions. Ur problems can easily be treated with counselling and if needed medications. Don't let ur problems affect ur personal or family life. Dont worry, u will b fine. U need a psychiatrist evaluation.
