Not getting continuous sleep.
Having tension all the day.
Laziness in doing every work in day.
So plz help to solve this query.

Lower your stress levels by doing yoga or meditation. Don't watch TV in the night. Read a book instead or listen to music. Don't smoke or have coffee after 7 pm. Good nutritious diet and plenty of fluids. Could exercise in the evening and tire yourself. It's all in your mind so relax chill and have faith in yourself.
