Sleep problem
I have very disruptive sleep. Till 3 o'clock it is kind of okay , I happen to wake up due to bad dream. And after that I have very disruptive and fragmented sleep. I feel I have excessive rem sleep and specially during the morning hours it feels I dream the whole time. I fall asleep easily also if I wake up it doesn't really take long for me to sleep again. It's only rarely that I find it difficult to sleep. I don't act out in my dream nor do I sleep walk or talk. I don't snore. But usually I wake up panicked due to my dreams. Also, during the day time it's fine but I usually stress alot due to family issues and this pandemic and also because I get lonely. Yoga and meditation has helped me alot but I can't really understand how do I overcome excessive rem sleep and because of this I dream alot and that is hampering my mental health. But still I gather courage and try to keep my day normal even though at night it feels terrible. I sleep for 7-8 hrs but just that it's not a good sleep.
