  4. Sleep problem. Do to have proper sleep?

I am taking fluoxetine 20mg once a day.. and i an struggling to sleep properly despite of trying numerous pills. I have consulted the doctors and he is treating me for initial symptoms of OCD. What should i do to have proper sleep?? I also have back pain.
