I am constantly getting sleep paralysed from the last few weeks. It's haunting and terrifying. I googled about it and it said there is nothing to worry about but I am not sure if I trust Google that much. Is sleep paralysis harmful? Should I consult a doctor? and if yes what kind?

You could consult a neurologist to rule out any physiological reasons for the sleep paralysis. Simultaneously do see a counsellor who can be of emotional support to you.
