Sleep duration
Hello , I am 35 years old.I do not have any common health related problems like diabetes or hypertension.I go to the gym and work out for 2 hours everyday.My issue is , due to my work scheduling i am not able to sleep continuously for more than 4 hours.However i do have time in th afternoon to take a nap for a maximimum of 2 hrs.Will 4 hours of sleep be enough for me? Thank you

A adult person should have max sleeping hour of 6 hrs , you are sleeping at stretch for 4 hrs if sound sleep and 2 hrs in afternoon is enough. No need to worry

Hello there. I can understand your concern. No. Not at all. At least 6-7 hours of quality sleep is a must for a normal human being. I'm not saying that you cannot do it with just 4 hours sleep. .but it's just that it will take a toll on your body. So make a wise decision. Best regards.
