Hi Doctor, Me and my husband are very normal without any health issues. I'm taking Folvite 5mg since a month. Are we good to try for pregnancy now? Or should I still continue taking Folvite tablet for one more month and then try? Please advise the mandatory duration of this supplement to be taken before trying to conceive..

Its very good that you have taken supplement before conception. You can continue and at the same time go for conceiving too. There is no specific indication for specific duration consumption. It should be more than enough
