Sleep disorder, tension headache,

Asked for Male, 42 Years

I have lost job 3years ago because of that i got depression and I am trying to be self employed but not able to do it. I have following health issues due to this. 1. migraine, tension headache 2. sleep disorder 3. morning vomiting 4. irritable bowel syndrome diarrhea I am going through some financial crisis can someone please prescribe cheap medicines as I can't afford costly medicines as please help
