I get sleep late night after 3 then sleep for 2 hours, then I again sleep at morning 10 or 11, and wake up at noon 3

Ok. What do you want ? Sleep is an important aspect of life. Try to assign good six to eight hours for it. Try to relex and stay away from TV, phone and other similar distractions couple of hours before decided time.
