Sleep disorder
I am not able to sleep at night as my mind keeps racing. This problem was faced earlier also but got okay. Again it has occurred and I have not been sleeping for 5 days. Max sleep is for 3 hours or so. Please help me with this as this is hampering my work also.

Is sleep is only issue.how are u feeling throughout your day.are u feeling low.not able to enjoy daily activities any negative thoughts. U might be having depressive symptoms.kindly visit a mental health professional nearby

Hi. Lack of sleep must be definitely making you feel tired and is obviously going to affect your work as well. The reason behind not being able to sleep is important. If you say your mind keeps racing, it is important to understand if you have some stress/anxiety. The cause has to be treated. You can visit a mental health professional who could help you with the stress (if any). You should avoid gadgets/screen time and caffeine/tobacco (esp after 6-7 in the eve), try to have a fixed routine and avoid sleeping in day time. If relaxation and sleep hygiene (a few points that I just explained above) do not help, you may have to take some medicines that *do 'not' cause dependence*. All the best!
