I am a heart patient and have been taking clonazepam 0.5mg for last 6 month for good sleep. Now this drug does not effect. Can I take etizolam 0.5mg . Is it safe for heart patient?

Taking benzodiazepine for transient relief of sleep will not benefit you in long run. There could be multiple reasons for sleep disturbances which need to be analyzed.
