hi  lack of sleep usually have many reasons, but loss of 18 lbs in 2 months non intentionally is abnormal, and taking 5-6 pill for sleep is also abnormal. you may need a proper workup for your weight loss,  and sleep disorder. so consult a physician and do proper workup including blood, ecg chest x-ray, usg abdomen and whatever is needed after physical examination. if we find the cause and treat it, you symptoms will come down
