Hi I am 26 Year old from pune and I am having sleep bruxism.when I sleep I grind my teeth too much due to this I feel to much pain in morning when wake up also I feel headache due to this I cannot concentrate in my work my memory get weaker.plz plz help to whome should I consult to solve my problem
