Hello user Yes, it is not good for body if you  sleep so late. Better try to reduce your workout by 1 hours and try to have dinner by 10  but a very light dinner and at 7.45 have pre-workout meal as proper meal and then you can sleep by 11.15 or 11.30.

Firstly it’s a very good thing that you are taking out time to exercise in a busy schedule , but working out for 2 hours everyday is not required , daily 45 min -1 hour exercise is sufficient , also the muscles get fatigued if you workout for so long ...if your goal is to lose weight then follow a balanced diet with 1 hour exercise rather than depending only on exercises to lose weight ...lastly If you get a good sleep for 6-8 hours everyday no matter what time you are sleeping, there is nothing to worry...workout according to your goal and time availability.

If you have  problem managing your day and manage your lifestyle then I can help you in that. I cannot help without the discussion with you so I would recommend you to meet me for a one to one discussion in which I can discuss your dietary call and time recall of whole day and assess and  help you what time you can do workout. It's encouraging to learn u have fixed time for physical fitness despite u r delayed return from work. However it's reasonable to walk, jog do Yoga in later hours of the day. Gyming with heavy exercise is not recommended late night as poss t gym u r off to bed if not immediately atleast 30 min later. Instead it would be Gr8 if u can tweak your time for physical fitness. Gym in the early morning hours or 3 hrs post lunch if possible at work place. Also spend 10 min in deep breathing exercise pranayam every day soon after u rise and fresh up.
Next Steps
If u can gym 5.30 6.30 am or 5 to 6 pm, sleep by 11.00 pm atleast serves good.
