Skin whiteness
I had itching problem because of excessive dryness. So I was using clop e ointment. Now the skin has turned white. Please suggest what could be the issue.

That's because of the cream... which is steroid based.
Steroid cream causes atrophy and white pigmentation as side effects.
Next Steps
Kindly discontinue the cream.
