A thorough history, clinical examination and appropriate laboratory tests will be needed to solve the mystery. Consider seeing a Dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment plan.
Greetings - Have you seen a qualified deramtologist at all in these last several months since november ? this could be a malar rash which can be associated with systemic issues and this needs to be treated after due investigation and treatment. This could also occur as an isolated sun burn - but malar rahs / SLE neeeds to be ruled out. Please see a qualified dermatologist near you. Warm regards .
Avoid sun exposure. use a sunscreen regularly
