Skin tone (color) effected. Effects.

Hi team, i am fair in color and 1 year back i went to kolkata and my face and arms got tanned so with an idea of my friend i have used panderm + cream which has given me good result on my face and arms... But after using it 6 months and came back to hyderabad and i found that panderm + cream is a formula of steroids and i stopped using it.. but after stopping using the cream i noticed that my face and arms have became more darker than earlier... am worried and am the age of 30 unmarried and the worst part is i have even made this cream to use in my family members... can anyone please help how to get my skin color back to normal without steroids and side effects.. Note : I have also undergone open heart surgery using acitrom -2/3mg and pentids -400mg tablets .
