Skin color changes
Hy sir / mam the area near of my intimate place skin color changes from normal to creamy shade from both side around intimate area. Sometimes its feel itching but sometimes not. The skin feel is also changes feels like plain.

Creamy skin- I suppose you mean the skin is fairer than the normal skin around that area.
Sweating can be the reason
