It would be really nice if someone can figure it out what exact issue is this.? Isn't there no permanent cure for this.?

Hey Vishwa,
I understand your pain and feel you.
However , scrotal issues do not always have a fungal aeitology and that may be part of your problem.
Stressors play a big role in this 1% male genital area (or indeed in females too) and a more detailed personal history needs to be taken in private for confidentiality.
Please bring along all your old prescriptions and come across to the clinic in-person if in Bangalore or for an Online Consultation to close this issue out.
Good Luck 🍀 & Godspeed 🙏
Next Steps
Online or offline Consultation with a Dermatologist who understands you.
Health Tips
Counselling may be beneficial if not considered hitherto
Avoid steroids creams to prevent scrotal thinning and rebound phenomenon and fungal infections etc
Good but not excessive personal hygiene to be maintained and loose fitting underwear 🩳 to promote skin breathing and limit friction etc
