Skin thinning by use of sapat lotion.

Sir i have a problem of etching near to my testicles thighs and i am using a Candid B cream for it, but one day i am used Sapat Lotion, then the skin near to my testicles are burn and one day after burning I used Dettol liquid to wash that area, after 15-20 day's skin thinning near to my testicles sides thighs and then i consult a Dermatologist near to me, he gave me a tablets Etraconazol, Terbinafine, and one moisturizer and Lulicanazol cream. I am using now only moisturizer but the skin are wetting when I wear a jeans or riding a bike, near to the testicles joints are pain and I feel hot that skin, my muscles are lock when I lift a weight, now I had a little bit problem of joints pain also, what can I do sir.
