Hi dear if you have a skin tag, it could be related to hemorrhoids. If you have chronic constipation you will need dietary advice and some treatment for active hemorrhoids. If there is itching, it could be related to secondary infection or it could just be whipworm infection. These can all be treated by a dermatologist. Please consult further fir prescription.

Hii... Need some pics for clarification.. Usually skin tags at private area need to get removed... Need complete evaluation and history for accurate diagnosis, After that  correct treatment options can be provided Use levosiz tablets and momate cream for now So kindly consult on-line for further evaluation and prescription

Need to rule out the cause of itching and then only prescribe. However for skin tag you should visit a dermatologist physically and he or she will remove this. There are various methods available for removal of skin tag
