  4. Skin spots. Permanent solution to it?

I have some spots on my face that were first pimples but now they are spots which have penetrated into my skin ... and my nose also . The nose one is very dark and I am not able to remove it. Is there any permanent solution to it ? I want a clean face . I have attached the photos . Thanks

Pimples cleared leaving erythematous scars. Use scar gel to reduce the appeance of scar .can go for subduction with fractional laser for complete clearance
