I have hand,legs skin wrinkle lines,skin sagging,muscle sagging, skin thinning, skin darkening and dryness,muscle pains, knee pain and foot heal pain and have bloating,indigestion,constipation.
Whenever I eat foods like eggs, fish, bone broth, seasame and sunflower seeds,potatoes,carrots. Then my skin looks hydrated and thick. But when I stopped eating them even for a day,then my all above problems come again.My periods Also for 1 day only but theyre regular.I had these problems since 4 yrs. I was struggling deep sadness and I am getting suicidal thoughts,but I am stopped.
Pls tell what foods,fluids,medications,tips,herbs need to be used.I can't bear this problems anymore.pls help

TSH=2.55μIU/ml, T3=1 ng/ml,T4-1.18ng/dl,cal-9.9mg/dl.
