My son (2 months old) has been frequently having skin related issues. His neck region, face, hands and legs (mostly in the region where it sweats) has frequent allergy type redness (if you can see the attached images). I consulted a local doctor and was told to apply moisturex lotion and see the progress as it is likely to be a dry skin issue. Though the lotion has been somewhat effective, it hasn't been a permanent solution. The skin rash/redness keeps popping up every now and then.
