Hi. Greetings. It is very likely that she has allergic contact dermatitis or contact urticaria to cosmetic products. First of all, a five year old is too young for these products to be tried on. Also because of sensitive skin, she's developed allergy.. Please avoid using these cosmetics. Use a very mild steroid based cream prescribed by the dermatologist near you for improvement of rash. You'll also need an oral anti histamine . warm regards
