Skin rashes
Suffering from skin rashes from last 1 month tried allegra but didn't t get relief itching get worst during night, having more rashes at thighs but having rashes allover my body, firstly i thought i might be an allergic reaction but i now m not getting what actually it is

Hello, the information you provided is not enough to get a conclusive diagnosis
Rashes is the common word used to describe almost all skin conditions. So more information is required to come to a definite diagnosis. For e. g, how does the rash look? Is it bright red and scaly? Does it stay as it is or does it disappear after a few hours? Is it ring shaped? Does it seem to be increasing? Anybody else suffering from something similar in your family? All these answers are needed for a definite diagnosis and treatment. If you could provide us a picture of the affected area, then that would be even better.
