The moment I come back from office and take off my pants the itch begins. Sometime I have itch on buttocks and arms and back also. But they are not severe. The inner thighs and legs below knees are now scarred. There are many scar. The itch start with a little bump (like mosquito bite) and itches bad. When I am awake I can control it but not in sleep. I have tried using best moisturiser and creams. They help for a day or so but it starts again. I don't know what else to be done. Please help. It started 2 years ago. I visited a doctor in India but he gave me some soap and medicine not helpful. It didn't do.

You are probably suffering from what Dermatologist call urticaria. Common causes are food allergy, infection or drugs taken for some condition. It presents with itching resulting in formation of red rashes which we call hives or wheals. Although in most cases cause remains unknown in spite of a thorough search. It can be treated with medicines so that you do not get any new hives. The treatment should be prolonged until it resolves which usually takes 1 to 6 months. Please call me or contact me through online consult option for further details and treatment..
