Skin rashes and itching
I am getting skin rashes and itching from around 2 months. I have seen one doctor and she said it's urticaria. I have taken medicines bilashine and dazit m for 20 days and strict diet precautions ( no besan, sour food and non veg). But as I have completed my medicine course now again I am getting same red rashes and itching problem. Kindly suggest what to do and which type of medical approach will be better ( ayurveda/allopathy)
