Been getting itchy rashes above eyebrows with white flakes.. when I try to put water..More white flakes are coming from eyebrow region..

It seems to me that you are having seborrheic dermatitis which is eczema of the areas where he Bhari glands are present in more numbers in the skin. It can be treated with creams and tablets.
