Looks like you've developed secondary infection because of the itching. And have you been using a steroid cream without a dermatologists advise? Anyway, you will need oral treatment and creams (prescription medicines ). Visit a dermatologist. Till then you could try applying coconut oil before your bath just to soothe the area. Remember, this is not treatment. It will only help reduce the itching a little, till you get the time to visit a dermatologist near you.
