Skin rash on right upper back

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I'm having this rash developing since past week on my right upper back. It feels like burning sensation on it. Initially there was itching and then this got developed into a large area. Can anyone suggest some thing for it. DOCTOR gave me anti allergic drug for it. It's not working
