Hello there...I can understand your concern. Lichen planus usually presents as violaceous lesions. They won't be white. White lesions on the face can be anything like pityriasis alba, eczema, pmle, vitiligo, etc. You will need detailed clinical examination to diagnose it. So kindly consult a nearby dermatologist for further evaluation.
