  4. Skin problem. It some kind of infection?

Two days ago i found a cauliflower type skin growing on the foreskin of penis, it is of white colour and a bit hard skin . I washed my foreskin after seeing it with Savlon but nothing happened it is still the same .Is it some kind of infection ? I am worried

It's infection only.. Any sexual exposure..
