Skin problem
The skin near the thumb on palm area is hard (not too hard and don't confuse it with scaling )
When the hand is soaked in water containing soap those portions which feels somewhat hard tends to grow into small white stuff projecting outwards ( really small).
They don't pose any problems and it's been like more than 10 years . Any explanation ?
