Asked for Female, 29 Years

Starts with a red itchy rash. Sometimes like a blister. Then leaves skin dark and black itchy patch. Mostly on legs, hips and creases. Will the dark patches go away? Should I go for allopathy or homeopathy? My scalp also itches a lot, don't know is it because of this issue or something else. Have extensive dry skin. Will there be any side effect if I take the Covid vaccine?
