Skin problem(roughness)
Since last two years my skin has become dry and wrinkly. Fine lines can also be seen. Moisturiser and other lotions have also proved to be ineffective.

Hi. Greetings . this could be due to photo damage of the skin. You should make sure you use sunscreen on a regular basis and use a retinol based cream for improvement - under prescription of a dermatologist.
